| Review drawings if required from a technical and practical perspective ( Structural and Architectural compliancy responsibility lies with others ) |
| Review material suppliers data for suitability and possible problems |
| Prepare Q.A. procedures for factory inspections |
| Undertake factory inspections if required |
| Carry out material quality inspections and report |
| Prepare Q.A. procedures for site installation |
| Inspect subcontractor installation as required |
| Prepare snagging lists if required prior to the architect's inspection |
| Option to obtain and issue full structural calculation to verify design |
