NET Project Management has the facility to offer full structural calculations to demonstrate that designed curtain wall and window systems are structurally sound and compliant with the contract specification.
Structural Calculations

| All structural calculation are undertaken on behalf of NET PMC LTD by our associate Structural Engineer David Thomas CEng, MIStructE |
| We work closely to find design solutions to problems with finished solutions fully detailed on Auto CAD if required |
| NET Project Management offers an inspection and maintenance service for completed curtain wall and window projects |
| Dependent on client requirements we will visually inspect the façade for signs of the following: Deterioration, damage and failing joints |
| Mechanical parts and operations such as doors and windows will be inspected |
| Glass units will be viewed for failure and damage |
| Mastic failure or deterioration |
| Gasket inspection to ensure fully sealed |
| Drainage and ventilation holes inspected for blockages |
| On completion we will issue a detailed report together with photographs of our findings together with any necessary remedial action |
| Should remedial works be required we can arrange and undertake the necessary works ensure the highest possible standards are maintained. This can include new curtain wall, windows and associated works |
